The area of ​​the property is 270 m2. The new apartment house is a main building with a built-up area of 237 m2. It is accessed from the adjacent Strumitsa Street, from where the entrance to the residential part is provided, as well as a connection to the above-ground parking lots and a platform leading to the underground parking. The terrain on the East facade is not modeled. The building provides 17 apartments, 2 offices and garages.

The facade is made of elements of thermal insulation plaster and ventilated facade with composite panels.
