Working

Process

  • Pre-Design researches

Pre-project researches explore the possibilities for the realization of the future project. To what extent is its pursuance justified and what would be the final results. What are the alternatives for the realization of the client's idea and what are the deadlines for its implementation.

  • Schematic Design (SD)

The preparation of a concept frames the parameters of the site, gives guidance for detailing the project in a certain direction. The conceptual design seeks to combine the client's idea with the parameters of the regulatory framework and the professional vision of the team of L.I.P.A.

  • Design Development Phase (DD)

The stage consists in reworking the discussed conceptual proposals and detailing the project, turning into technical drawings. The technical design provides complete solutions in all parts of the design. The conceptual solutions are clarified and supplemented. It clarifies many of the issues related to the construction and installation works.

  • Construction Documents (CD)

The working design prepares drawings and details on which the construction and installation works are performed. The working design specifies and details the decisions of the technical design and determines the necessary construction materials, products and ways for the implementation of the site.
